Heart disease is the #1 killer in the world today.  It kills more people in one year than have been killed in all the wars that have ever been fought.

Do you wish to eliminate the need to take high blood pressure medication? Would you like to remove the likelihood of strokes?  Do you wish to control your sugar glucose levels? Would you like to eradicate  the risk of cancer?  Do you wish to feel younger, more healthy and more powerful?

Medical Health experts say that to do so, it would be necessary to completely alter your current lifestyle.  Do you want to let go of all your vices and begin participating in actions which could  improve your immune system, preferably exercise, a correct diet regime, meditation, and also relaxation? These changes could undoubtedly bring you the results you desire, but as you can easily see, it demands tremendous effort and sacrifice on your part to see results.  It can be significantly effective, but few of us are capable of generating  all the essential transformations to stay with it.

Proargi-9 PLUS increases the bodies ability to produce Nitric Oxide.

The Nobel Prize for medicine in 1998 confirmed that L-arginine is the precursor to making nitric oxide and Proargi-9 PLUS uses L-arginine. Our bodies make Nitric Oxide, as we age the body makes less of it so our veins start clogging.

Nitric Oxide

♥  Produced as a gas within the endothelial cells  of the arteries

♥  Acts as a potent vasodilator which relaxes the arterial walls

♥  Promotes healthy blood flow throughout the cardiovascular system

♥  L-Arginine is an effective precursor of nitric oxide

L-Arginine is an essential amino acid

What Is Proragi 9 Plus

Our bodies generate nitric oxide, but as we age the total amount of nitric oxide in our bodies decreases significantly, so our physical bodies are no longer capable of getting rid of the plague in our arteries and therefore, we become yet another statistic of high elevated blood pressure, heart disease and strokes.  Taking nitric oxide supplements doesn’t help, as it doesn’t stay for any length of time in our bodies.

In 1998 Dr. Ignarro won the Nobel Peace prize for his discovery that nitric oxide is necessary for our bodies to possess a healthy cardiovascular system.  It was found that nitric oxide cleans the plaque from our arteries and makes our arteries  flexible.  Once our arteries are free of plaque, the bloodstream is able to circulate the way it was meant to, getting rid of elevated blood pressure and cholesterol.  Our cardiovascular system no longer must struggle to nourish our cells and internal organs and the risk of a heart attack, heart disease or stroke is eradicated as your blood pressure is normalized.

ProArgi9 Plus supplies our body with L-Arginine, thus enhancing blood flow and supporting cardiovascular health through the production of nitric oxide.  L-arginine, which converts into Nitric Oxide, helps improve circulation, maintain healthy blood pressure, regulate sugar glucose in diabetes patients, decrease the chance of cancer, help with sexual impotence, enhances memory and reverses results of dementia and Alzheimer’s. Nitric oxide can additionally be a excellent product for staying slim and fit.  It significantly enhances and improves the overall performance of athletes, both competitive and non.  It contains natural enzymes which assist in reducing body fat.  Without a doubt, ProArgi9 Plus is an excellent health supplement to increase your overall health – cardiovascular health being at the top of that list.

What makes Proagri 9 Plus different from all the other daily nutritional supplements in the market is its formulation. This product contains pharmaceutical grade arginine, the miracle molecule, which converts to nitric oxide in you body.  Nitric Oxide cleans out the plaque in our blood vessels, which in turn relaxes the blood vessels.  This reduces stress on the heart and improves circulation.  When the plaque is removed from your arteries your blood pressure will return to normal.

Obesity rises

As I mentioned in my last blog A little exercise goes a long way… the continued rise in the rates of obesity in the UK does not show any sign of falling, so it is incumbent on professionals for the fitness industry to give people the best possible advice and guidance when it comes to improving our lifestyles and fitness levels.

I’m too unfit to get fit!

I’m often asked by people who have not done any exercise for some time how can they start exercising, they ask me questions like do I have to join a gym? should I go running?do I need to buy equipment?

The short answer I give is no, improving fitness does not need to start with any of the above, but a starting point can be something as simple as going for a short walk . Many of us live near parks, woodland and open spaces and going for a walk can give some great health benefits from improving cardio fitness to helping with our mental alertness.

Get out and enjoy the countryside

You don’t need any equipment, you don’t need any special clothing, although with the great british summer in full swing you may want to take an umbrella. All you need is time and effort to get out there and walk.

There are many beautiful places to walk and many beautiful things to see including wildlife. Even better if you know someone who has a dog why not join them for a walk.So why not start? You don’t have to wait until the weekend with the light evenings why not go for a short walk when you get home from work. Try walking for 10 to 20 mins a day at a brisk rate that elevates the heart rate, you will be amazed how quickly you will improve both physically and mentally.

So often I’m asked can a simple walk really help me to improve my fitness levels and I answer that one simple walk is better than no walk at all and by doing it regularly you may even want to move on to other forms of exercise in due course.

Try walking to the station

If you can’t find some open space close by but often drive or get a bus to work or the shops, why not try walking on those short journeys such as to the station in the morning or evenings, instead of driving the kids to school why not walk with them (this will help keep the children fit as well as you).

Walking the start to improved fitness

There really is no excuses not to go for brisk walk, if not every day why not try 3 to 4 times a week, do it with friends and family then if you want to progress to other fitness programmes you will find that the walking will give you a great foundation and confidence to move on.
